Botanical Inventory

This listing is a placeholder and contact form. The price of a botanical inventory is $60.00 per acre surveyed, and will be billed after the survey is complete.

All vascular plants present will be identified to genus, species, or subspecies based on the identification characteristics present at the time of the inventory. A list of all species found will be provided, including the common and scientific names, area in which they were found, and designation as a native or introduced species. Species of conservation concern or otherwise notable species will be marked as such, and flagged with pin flags or flagging tape in the survey areas, if desired.

Note: This inventory does not include mosses, liverworts, hornworts, or lichens, except those that are readily identifiable. A voucher specimen of any vascular plant species requiring microscopy to identify (many grasses, sedges, and other groups) will be collected, identified, and processed as an herbarium specimen.
